Michelle de Biolley has more than 20 years experience in the executive search business focussing on delivering best in class searches to the top financial services players; her focus is on building investment banking, private banking and private equity capability for her clients.

Earlier in her career she worked in Banking, primarily in project finance and M&A.

She brings a seasoned professional all-round expertise to her clients base and has trained as a business and executive coach more recently.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Finance from ICHEC in Brussels and a social and communication Bachelor Degree from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles.
