We process all personal data collected from potential candidates in compliance with all applicable laws, enactments, regulations, orders, standards and other similar instruments.
When we collect personal data from potential candidates, it provides the following information: identity of the data controller(s); the purposes for which their personal data will be processed; and any other information which is necessary having regard to the specific circumstances in which the data is, or is to be processed to enable processing in respect of the data subject to be fair. Stonehaven has the consent of the potential candidate to pass the candidate’s personal data to a particular organisation for the purposes of consideration for a potential vacancy and to enable said organisation to use the personal data for recruitment and employment/engagement purposes.
Furthermore, we will always take the appropriate technical and organisational measures against the unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and against the accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data to ensure compliance with the seventh data protection principle.
